What you need: Registered email address
If you don’t remember the email address you used to sign up, please contact us.
To reset your password, please follow the following steps:
Step 1
In top right section of homepage, click Newsletter Login.
Step 2
In Newsletter Login page, click on Lost your password link
Step 3
In Lost Password page, type in your registered email address. Be sure you’re typing the correct email address as a unique password reset link will be automatically generated and sent to this address.
As soon as you click Request Password Reset, you’ll see something like this:
Step 4
Check your email. Also check Junk folder in case you’re not seeing it on your inbox
Step 5
Click on the auto-generated link from that email to finally nominate a new password.
You’re done.
